Note:
- Please turn the outlet of lid to the pouring spout to open the pouring function.
- Keep the water level in pot lower than the Max. notch, otherwise, the coffee may overflow.
- Please dump out the coffee grounds and clean the cafetiere after using. Otherwise, the old grounds may stain the vessel and affect the taste of freshly brewed coffee.
- With proper care, a percolator will last you many years. Just a quick hand washing after each use is perfect.

• The first step to brewing coffee with a French Press Coffee Maker is to preheat your carafe by pouring boiling hot water into it.
• Empty the warming water from the carafe, and add your measured coffee grounds to the french press.
• Pour hot water(Let water rest for approximately 30 seconds after bringing it to a boil)into the French Press, and gently stir. We recommend a coffee to water ratio of 50 grams (1.8 oz) of ground coffee per 1 litre (34 fl oz) of water. Carefully reinsert the plunger into the French Press, stopping just above the water and ground coffee (do not plunge yet), and let stand for 3-4 minutes.
• Press the plunger down slowly, exerting steady pressure.
• After each use, wash the coffee press with water and mild detergent, and dry thoroughly.
• This coffee maker is constructed from a durable 18/10 stainless steel material on the inside and outside.
• A double-wall stainless steel construction helps to retain heat, keeping drinks warmer for approximately four hours longer than glass.
• A multi-layered stainless steel filter prevents even the smallest grounds from getting into your cup.
