Step
1. Clean the coffee maker ,then put the coarse ground coffee in it. Tip: Freshly baked coffee grounds have better taste, the ratio is best to be 1 tablespoon coffee grounds per 3 ounces of water.
2. Slowly pour the hot water (about 90℃ /195℉) into the cafetiere, then stir with the stir-stick.
Filtered or bottled water can offer better flavor
3. Place the plunger unit on top of the pot. Turn lid to close off the pour spout opening. Do not press down. Let the coffee brew for 4 minutes.
4. After 4 minutes , gently press down the plunger and pour the coffee into the coffee cup, then you can add some milk or sugars based on your personal taste and start to enjoy a perfect cup of coffee.
